A walk by the marshes

It was a lovely afternoon on Wednesday so George and I went down to the Harp for lunch. The Harp stands on the edge of the Dee marshes and is known locally as the "pub on the marshes" It is a very pleasant walk there and on a nice day,you can sit outside and enjoy glorious views across the marshes towards North Wales. From there, it is possible to walk in either direction alongside the marshes or even on the marshes themselves, although this is not recommended if you are not familiar with the terrain. When we had finished lunch,we decided to go for a short stroll. Now, we hadn't taken our cameras so of course,we saw plenty of photo opportunities! However, luckily,Thursday was also a lovely day so we headed back down there again, this time making sure that we did have them with us! These are my photos, hope you enjoy them.
